Red Carpet Construction is an independently owned company where you will deal directly with one of the principals.

Mr. Baiata, President of Red Carpet, has been building custom homes of distinction in Palm Coast, Flagler and Volusia Counties since 1972 and in the newer communities of Hammock Dunes, Grand Haven, Sugar Mill Estates and Plantation Bay.

Mario's personal attention to detail during every phase of design and construction, along with his credentials ensure Red Carpet homeowners unique design, quality craftsmanship, and unsurpassed value for their investment. With his concern for the preservation of the natural environment, Mario provides personal attention to land clearing and site preparation. He is active in the Flagler-Palm Coast Home Builders Association, member of the Flagler County Chamber of Commerce, Flagler County Apprenticeship Program and serves as Vice Chairman of the architectural committee for the Villages of Grand Haven.

Patrick Kollar, Chief of Operations and former President of Tomoka Construction, Inc. has been the recipient of the coveted TOP BRASS AWARD 4 times for his custom homes of distinction that are in the 3000 to 8000 square feet range. They grace the landscape of such notable areas as: Plantation Bay, Breakaway Trails, Tomoka Oaks, Ponce Inlet, and along the Intracoastal Waterway. Mr. Baiata and Mr. Kollar started their careers together in 1972 building homes for Red Carpet.
